My brain is constantly going. It never stops. Activity in the morning, activity in the evening, and even when I go to bed. Instead of thinking about meadows and mountains and the breeze, I’m thinking about that complicated problem I ran into that day. I spend a lot of thought in thinking in terms from the devil’s advocate perspective. I question whether I am even defining the terminology correctly.
This is extremely tiring and very stressful. All I want is some relief.
