SnowCait was in fact working on their implementation before I finished mine. I have completed it first, and that’s the entire point of a bounty the way I see it. The first person to complete it takes the entire bounty.
If you would like to compensate them separately, that's entirely up to you, but I don’t see why that would affect the bounty payout.

I'm trying to be fair here, SnowCait (nprofile…qp5v) had the relay working before you, but said he was working on a nice UI and that's why he didn't claim the bounty first.
I hate these bounties because I never know when to deliver the prize. Not sure what I should do if you both complete at the same time.
