Ukrainian politicians post-1991 are some of the worst in the world, always with a hand out for foreign money, whether Russian or American.

And since the 2014 coup they've been killing their own people in a way that would invite a UN "no fly zone" if they were on another continent.

I split 70% of the responsibility for this long-running disaster between Ukrainian politicians of both camps, and split the remaining 30% equally between Russia and NATO+.
