Privacy is not achieved by deleting evidence. It is achieved by practicing self awareness and controlling what you do and where.
To say "someone might doxx themselves, therefore we must change the laws of science and create some provable way to delete content" is naive.
No one, and no protocol is going to actively protect your identity. Only you can do that. And if you find yourself in some trouble, you must address it head on.
You can always create a new nym at any time, but keep in mind that yes, you will need to build it from scratch, it will take time and effort, and this is the cost of staying private from your agressors.
