I'm sure that varies from place to place and time to time, and goes back into prehistory -- they've been expelled dozens or hundreds of times, and sneaked back in just as many -- but certainly, deceived Whites welcomed them back in some cases after listening to their tales of "persecution." I want my people to stop being deceived.
