Prosecute the bastards for murder!
#BigOil is already being sued in civil court for hiding information about the dangers of fossil fuels, which they've known about for decades.
A new proposal soon to be published in the Harvard Law Review argues we should up the ante and take these companies to criminal court as well. Everything from racketeering, reckless endangerment and even homicide may be on the table.
