For me, #Nostr is still quite technical, but Derek Ross (npub18am…p424) speech at #NoobDay was again such a great introduction!

He broke everything down in such a clear and approachable way, making it much more accessible. The best takeaway for me was when he said, 'Nostr is the social glue that binds all of your applications together.'

We need more live, face-to-face talks like this to build the trust necessary for people to join and for the network to achieve critical mass.
