Is it really the ptsd itself? I mean, is there no other reason, no other part that plays a role? Is that what you intuitively feel it is?
I'm not expecting you to answer, but I would ask myself that because there are often so many things involved. Things may also seem unbelievable because there's more to it. (Some food for thought, maybe.)
