Everything! I'm pregnant with baby #5 and the labors with regular chiro care were shorter with no "back labor" pain and the babies were always in an ideal head-down position. Every pregnancy I struggle with sciatica too which makes you hobble/waddle but chiro care always relieves that and the associated pain. Just my experience but I can't recommend finding a good chiropractor enough because of it. 💜
