I like it simple!
I add vegetable broth, never missing garlic 🧄 and maybe a little bit of other veggies like carrots or broccoli
I also like to add ginger and some lemon for the taste
For toppings I can recommend pumpkin seeds and roasted grain bread
Spice it with some Chilli flakes 🤌🏼
I want to try it with also adding coconut milk, I think that’s a tasteful idea! 😋
