I don't know how you can be mad at some monero community members guilty of the same thing. Plenty of great Monero users who are not anything like that.
Monero captures the original spirit of p2p digital cash, is fungible, and a better privacy tool in many ways, hands down. Not even arguable imo.
There are fair criticisms of Monero, just like anything, it has trade-offs. Bitcoin has more liquidity, better longterm SOV so far, more established, more recognized, scarcer, more users, many other things, etc
