It's done. #Bitcoin spot ETFs are approved. The institutional IPO is now complete. For the first time, Wall Street is the last to the party. #BTC flipped the game on them, and I love it.
You see, the way this world traditionally was like this:
1) A company is formed and operates successfully for a number of years;
2) Company raises money in "private" rounds from venture capital firms and other inside Wall Street institutions;
3) After $100s of millions and in some cases billions have already been made, then the same Wall Street insiders move to offer shared in the company to the general public, you and me, via an IPO (initial public offering). We were always last.
#Bitcoin has totally and fairly reversed this:
1) #BTC is launched in January 3, 2009 for the entire world at a price of $0, where it stays for nearly one full year with no insiders;
2) #BTC never raises money from anyone or anything, ensuring no leaders or insiders;
3) Wall Street is only now able to get involved and buy, as of today, 15 years later, via a vehicle called a spot ETF. For the first time, they are the last. This is why I call today the Institutional IPO.
For the first time in history, the public, the every day individual had the opportunity to front run the banks, the venture capital firms, the Wall Streeters, the financial institutions of the world and #Bitcoin delivered that to us.
