ah OK I see the guy basically runs his phone right next to the victim's card so is not 2 m away (when he points with his phone in his =hand). Yes, this is just too close for me really, but I can imagine some people will get invaded like that. I'm wondering if there is also not a difference between grabbing credentials from a tap to pay card vs a smartwatch? The smartwatch has to have the virtual card activated specifically for that device with 2FA, and needs unlocking before use.
