I keep track on savings and do one bigger UTXO after some time. It’s a common agreement that UTXO should be at least 1M sats…
Or - if you know that younger children would not be able to move their coins for years maybe, you can save for them in one wallet and just keep track elsewhere… and you’ll pay them when the time comes.
