Unless we have a recession/depression, overall prices aren’t coming down.. Of course there could be a real estate drop, or fluxes in certain areas, but generally, we gotta get used to it..
They are straight up telling us prices aren’t dropping, they are actually still rising..This is the new norm folks, get used to it!
