A mental trick I use to make myself anti-fragile.

I believe very deeply that I chose this life. My life.

It was not a random accident, nor was it prescribed to me. It was chosen. By me. For me.

This is my deepest held belief.

This allows me to reframe every negative thing that ever happened as something I chose to experience.

Every trauma, a lesson.

Every failure, a necessary pre condition for later success.

All the pain, hardship, struggle etc… merely exposure therapy.

Allowing me to become immune to certain varietals of poison… metaphorical or otherwise.

It is all self inflicted.

No one can convince me this isn’t true and thinking this way gives me ownership over every single part of my world.

When you have that extreme level of ownership, you have an extreme level of control.

Everything becomes more malleable.

The world shift from being something that happens to you, to you being something that happens to it.
