Bogus. I was a heavy amphetamine user before bitcoin, where I would sleep maybe 8 hours a week. I did this for 5 years straight. With an occasional crash day maybe once a month, where I would have a 14 hour "nap".
I don't feel like I have any catching up to do, probably thanks to not eating fiat food and living a proper life.
