I don't WANT this, but stuff like on ramps and general avoidance could be fixed by all cars having a cheap ass transponder on a vehicle that pings a relay before the on ramp and shortly after to give you an idea of traffic flow. Unfortunately this will be abused by piss earth governments and rightfully fought against by anyone who recognizes tyranny.
