Binance is restricted in Venezuela. Told a friend to download AQUA Wallet (npub1ajl…zx3q). Hopefully he can get it working and pay its bills (USDT is big there). Hopefully someday he will live in the #Bitcoin standard, and if he does he surely will be ahead of many here in the US
