I have heavy physical exertion 5-6 days a week by necessity and I was not recovering on rest days, hips hurting, knees sore, feet sore. Then I heard Alex Kaschuta interview Raw Egg Nationalist about Vince Gironda’s training and figured I should give it a try. It has actually really helped. I was blending at first, then transitioned to the Hulkster’s method and it’s surprisingly fine.
