How about a bot that publishes what is going on in the nostr.mom filtering plugin? I mean when a post is not included in the relay, a 1984 kind is going to be generated and published, so other relays or clients can use that as an input to their decision process or feed their ML or directly use it. If enough people writes bots then the combined decision is going to be a lot higher accuracy.
