Out of my mom's 4 children, I was the one who decided to have one. Got them a CNA certification before college (resulted in a job from /hell/). That should be doable. I'm also the youngest.
On #2, the idea is to get it to shrink by fewer births, not people getting swept into the ocean by the latest cat6 hurricane, or by being left outside to die of kidney failure. That we're arguing about the nits of abortion, but not how to do this shows how behind we are.
