I just made it up: one pineapple diced, three mangoes diced, one jalapeno between minced/diced/most seeds removed/nothing fussy, one bunch of cilantro chopped fine, thinly shaved red onion, and fresh lime juice (about two). Mix.

I'm going to leave it in the fridge overnight probably or have it for dinner, depends on family mood. Let it sit, so the flavors marry.

Put in a large mason jar for cuteness overload.
