As I started to eat more-and-more animal based the less-and-less mineral water I needed to get through a workout.
Most of my workouts I take 0 or 1 sips of water.
I use Mountain Valley with a sprinkle of Redmond’s real salt and more recently a sprinkle of bentonite clay.
