Figuring out whether a platform will continue to forward your messages to and from the people you left there is a *much* simpler technical matter than agreeing on what harassment is, whether something is harassment by that definition, and whether the company was negligent in permitting harassment.
But as much as I like the DMA's interop rule, I think it is badly incomplete.
