I believe david cole refers to the phenomenon as golems doing what they always have.
What ticks me off more is, Stender wasn't exactly apologizing for all the people she hurt by helping violent psychopaths get back on the streets...where they inevitably did more damage to people. On guy she helped get pareoled went out and threw his girlfriend out a third story window.
