why plex and not jellyfin? i just use jellyfin server flatpak with internal 4tb drive so i can avoid the permission bs.
edit: remember when i was going through the whole phase you're going through with the home lab server lol. i'm thinking about getting an intel n100 mini pc and throwing my 4tb m.2 in that for 24/7 jellyfin server.
