Universal pulled the funding for the Browncoats site at the end of 2005 when they didn’t option the sequels (two, btw).. so I got them to redirect the domain name to me and I kept paying for it myself for years. Also Joss paid to keep the sets up after the TV show got cancelled, which was a dumb financial decision.
