Yeah refrigerator pickles has been my jam. I did do some regular canning pickles - a straight Ball recipe. I have a paranoia with botulism and canning so I put them in the fridge anyway. I'd recommend to go with that, it's sure fire tried and true recipe. The canning process is annoying to me but I have an instant pot Im going to try to use next time.
