A bee fly of the genus Systoechus--named because they look like bees. The larvae are parasites of the eggs of other insects.

I photographed this with a E-M5MarkIII and OLYMPUS M.60mm F2.8 Macro. I like the light and shadow on the fly and the out-of-focus flower in the background.
