just ONCE a week ago i let myeslf ruin my routine and now i just can't get it back, even if i willpower until midnight and go to sleep, body just wakes up at 3-4am now really really fresh and then the decline happen at 7-8am and i can't help it, even if i manage again until the next midnight it repeats and stacks up 
anyway trying different stuff to fix that, that's my challenge arc
