Working from memory (yeah) and looking at the list on Wikipedia obviously The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe was excellent (movie: pretty good), Prince Caspian is the second book and second best (though a bit of quality gap between that and the first book, movie: same). The Dawn Treader was OK, I never saw the movie as I didn't have high hopes, Silver Chair, meh, Horse, it was so bad I will confess I never finished it. Magicians Nephew was OK I suppose, but relied heavily on LWW nostalgia; a movie based off of it would probably a half-hour long and make zero sense to those unfamiliar with LWW. I will also admit to never reading The Final Battle as I heard is just an Anglican screed against Catholicism, though I've heard that, now, with so much time removed from his axe grinding, that it's much better.
