This is a very useful view on things when dealing with state goons. Pay appropriate respect like you would with (private) mafia members else they burn your house down, and don’t expect any benevolence.
I find it incredible that so many adults believe the fairy tale of a benevolent state. The state is an organized crime syndicate and does whatever it can get away with.
