What would be a suitable mental capacity test for Trump v. Biden?
Some ideas:
* Have each candidate read a two-page brief about a hypothetical foreign affairs crisis and then ask whether, according to that brief, Iran has invaded Iraq or vice-versa.
* Ask which number is greater, 74 million votes or 81 million votes.
* Show a world map without labels and ask each candidate to locate Europe on it.
* Ask each candidate how he would handle the border crisis with Puerto Rico.
Better ideas?
