I can say zapvertising works walker (npub1cj8…rz4u) and I'm glad I listened to the podcast. I've known a little bit about grounding (I try to do it everyday while sun bathing) and the problems blue light causes, but after hearing this episode I decided to finally verify and bought some of those ambar lightbulbs that filter out blue light as well as some blue light filter glasses. I'll definitely be getting a daylight device as well, I hope they bring out a laptop soon!
