The zombies who live there clearly show they have no resilience to weather bad times then continue to flourish. As for working to achieve excellence in their lives, they never got the Memo that explained that excellence is fleeting. One reaches it, then works harder to achieve it again once they fall back. It's what develops us and builds our inner strength.
