There is a kind of MEV already running on the bitcoin network because transaction acellerators in some mining pools. You can see in my webpage https://mempoolexplorer.com/miner the average fees lost per block between each mempool and my "getblocktemplate" when a block arrives. This value could be an approximation of each mempool earnings due to tx acceleration. Of course this is an approximation, because tx and block propagation is a thing, but I see significant differences of this value among all mempools. Stratum V2 could fix this.
