Congress & Senate could find other ways to protect young minds without violating the First Amendment of the USA Constitution; however, they instead took extraordinary measures to approve this Trojan Horse bill that bans TikTok, a popular app among younger voters. Note: #RFKJr leads poll among voters under 35.

Now that bill could allow the USA President to ban any website or app merely by asserting that it is “controlled or guided”.
