I was born and raised under apartheid. My family upheld apartheid both in the army and in printing passbooks for everyday citizens to cross "borders" to go to work. I was 12 years old when my school allowed black and non white people in. But, please, do tell me how I know nothing about apartheid. And buy a fucking book because there are thousands of us that know apartheid that are young enough to know what it is and isn't.
