I had awful night. Stress not only game me anxiety palpatations, but my body also did sleep jerks that prevented me from falling asleep.
And when I say "sleep jerks" I mean I twitched so hard my whole body moved as my arm, leg, neck, back muscle or any other random part of me moved like a stroking anaconda, just as I was finally starting to dream.
It was probably closer to 100 twitches in couple hours.... One of the worst sleep jerk nights I have ever had. (=_=)*
