Recently received a 'Happy Friendship Day' out of the blue from one such (work) - I no longer work there. We weren't close to the level of sharing our problems or our 'pissed off' moments or go for outings together. Not even in the same team.
I forgave her with a thought, "Maybe she misses me" or "Maybe she thought of me as a friend when I was there". 😬
