i'd like to see you build this
i saw people with their waste oil burners put a long pipe on the exhaust, have it inside the building for a long stretch before finally going outside. the inside part is packed with sand or water to absorb the waste heat. they said after a while the exhaust cools such that it condenses water. if you overdo this i think it stops working? no chimney effect, so the flame suffocates
my understanding is that modern (gas) burners basically harvest maximum energy by forcing air into it via blower fan, you ever think about doing that, with 12v computer fan or somesuch? maybe mechanically like a car turbo
