Chris Trottier on Nostr: Conspiracy theorists keep asking, “What if we are living in the Matrix?” Well, ...
Conspiracy theorists keep asking, “What if we are living in the Matrix?”
Well, the etymological origins of the word “matrix” comes from the Old French word “matrice”, which means “uterus, womb”. And that word comes from the Latin word “mātrix”, which means “pregnant animal”.
So to answer the question: what will happen if we are living in the matrix? Likely, we’ll get born. And we’ll probably cry when it happens because we’re babies.
In fact, we’ve all lived in the matrix. I’ve, personally, been living outside the matrix for 42 years.
