Maybe, just me. But the girl was willing, this seems like the parent"s fault. She should be among her own peers and not drinking with those 10+ her age.
I remember my folks saying don't get into stranger's cars as a little kid. (After the incident below)
I used to take the bus to school(since elementary), but one day I woke up late so I was running to the bus stop so I wouldn't be left behind. A stranger offered to give me a ride, this played out good. I didn't miss the bus. But I was scared of missing the bus. I told my dad, later and he advised me he would take me to school if it happened again and not to talk to strangers. I was 2/3rd grade and understood that much.
Had I done what she did at that age, my mother(we're asian so we reject the west style) would've disowned me. I was old enough to understand that much growing up.
