Well...up at 6:26 this morning and need to get moving soon if I'm going to three rides in outdoors before noon...it rained for hours out here yesterday and my lawn really needed it after no rain for over a week....just poured my second cup of coffee and I'm going to need it to work so I can get on the bike in 17 minutes...going to grill some food today and I'm looking forward to that...chicken thighs with small yellow potatoes, asparagus, and green pepper....good morning!
