My most recent was
3/4 cup raw milk (or whole)
1 & 1/2 cups raw (or heavy) cream
1 & 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 & 1/2 teaspoons raw honey
1 & 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 egg yolks
If you want to add fruit:
1 banana
1 & 1/2 cup of chopped or ground. I did blueberries.
This was about 2 bowls of ice cream and I have an ice cream maker, but you can just put it in a blender too and then freeze it for a day.
