LXQt has a place in my heart because it's the default DE of Lubuntu, which I love using and am an active contributor to. XFCE though just has something about it that I love. The aesthetic is beautiful in general and it's incredibly customizable, far more than any DE other than KDE Plasma. I never have a spare system to install Xubuntu on though so I hardly use it :(
My primary DE though is KDE Plasma. That's what runs on my daily driver (a Kubuntu Focus XE Gen 1, one of kfocus.org's older models).
