"Tenreiro had reportedly aggressively pursued numerous VERI token holders, trying to convince them that they were victims of a Ponzi scheme and fraud, even when these individuals explicitly stated that they did not consider themselves as such, and in an attempt to “press gang” them into giving evidence against Mr Middleton.

There was one particularly egregious case where a token holder was approached just after being discharged from the hospital following major surgery and harassed by Tenreiro and his colleague to give evidence against Mr Middleton. Despite threats and intimidation, he refused to do so but is now too afraid to give evidence through fear of reprisals and possible repercussions but may be persuaded to give evidence provided anonymity could be assured."
NOTE: The SEC to my knowledge, never had a witness come forward to claim they were Defrauded by Reggie.
