“Running From #Truth” - A Channeled Message by Dr. C
You seek the answer to something you do not know. But first you must make sure you actually can handle knowing. There is a part of you that constantly seeks but then turns away when the truth begins to reveal itself to you.
It can be as subtle as asking someone how they are really doing or what they are really up to, only to interrupt them or redirect the conversation when they start to tell you. Or making fun of them or insulting them when they start to reveal themselves…thus making it unsafe for them to open up to you authentically.
Yet you feel wounded like people are hiding from you.
The truth is right there in front of your eyes every day. All you have to do is open them and remain receptive to people when they share their truth.
Start in a small way today. Ask with a clear #intention and #mindfulness. Then resist any defense mechanism to shut it down or fight what is hard for you to hear.
If you ever doubt, stay silent for a long pause while they are talking and look them right in the eyes. Everything will be revealed but not with words which confuse the mind.
That is your path to #freedom.
