Event ids are the sha256 of an event according to the nostr protocol, so you don't really know what the coordinate will be until you create the event. But you can mine this.
The coordinate for a kind 1 nostr note event is the sha256-simhash of the event content, so slightly different to obtain but still a 256-bit coordinate
